These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] for the use of the SaveBird iPhone app and the savebird.app website. By using SaveBird or creating an account you agree to them.

What SaveBird does

SaveBird helps you identify products, compare prices at the stores we monitor and get alerts when prices drop. We do not sell products. Purchases happen on the store's own website, under the store's terms.

Prices are not guaranteed

Prices, stock, shipping and coupons come from stores and third parties and change often. We show what we found at our last check and cannot guarantee it is still accurate or that a coupon will work. Always confirm the final price at the store. We do not monitor every store.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep access to your email or Apple ID secure. One account per person. Do not use automated tools to search, resell our data or try to get around plan limits.

Plans and subscriptions

• The Free plan includes the monthly limits shown in the app. Limits reset on the first day of each month.
• Premium costs US$5.99 per month or US$39.99 per year, plus any applicable tax. Premium renews automatically at the same price and period until you cancel.
• Unlimited searches are subject to fair use of 500 searches per month.
• Cancel anytime on iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep Premium until then.
• Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• If we change the price we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal, as Apple requires.

Acceptable use

Do not upload photos you have no right to use, or anything illegal or harmful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Disclaimers and limits

SaveBird is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for purchases you make at third-party stores, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
